ELEVENTH ANNUAL SUMMER QUILT RETREAT
AUGUST 3-4-5 2018
HANKERED INN PLEASANT LAKE
COST: $135. NON-REFUNDABLE
THE COST OF THE WEEKEND COVERS TWO NIGHTS LODGING-FRIDAY AND SATURDAY, AND INCLUDES FOUR
GREAT MEALS. FRIDAY NIGHT DINNER, TWO MEALS ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY MORNING BREAKFAST.
RATES ARE BASED ON TWO TO FOUR PEOPLE PER ROOM. IF YOU WANT A SINGLE ROOM THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL
CHARGE OF $50. CHECK IN IS 1PM ON FRIDAY AND CHECK OUT IS 12 NOON ON SUNDAY.
ROOMS WILL BE ASSIGNED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS PER DATE OF REGISTRATION. THE SEWING BEGINS
FRIDAY AFTERNOON WITH US ALL WORKING ON CHARITY QUILTS. CHERYL NAVARRE WILL BE IN CHARGE OF THIS,
THERE WILL BE ONE QUILT PER TABLE. THIS IS A WAY OF GIVING TO THE PEOPLE WHO NEEDS OUR HELP. SEWING WILL THEN
CONTINUE THROUGHOUT THE WEEKEND. BRING YOUR OWN PROJECTS TO WORK ON.
IT’S A GOOD TIME TO GET THOSE UFO’S COMPLETED, THERE WILL BE SOME SMALL RETREAT PROJECTS TOO.
THE RETREAT IS A GREAT TIME TO MAKE NEW FRIENDS AND HAVE FELLOWSHIP WITH OLD ONES,
EXCHANGE IDEAS AND JUST HAVE FUN. WHEN YOU SEND IN THE FULL COST OF THE RETREAT YOU WILL BE
CONSIDERED REGISTERED. PLEASE MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO PIECES AND PATCHES, AND SEND TO CHRIS

IF THE RETREAT BECOMES FULL THERE WILL BE A WAITING LIST, YOU WOULD BE CALLED IF THERE IS AN CANCELATION. IF WE HAVE A LONG WAITING LIST WE MAY CONSIDER ADDING ANOTHER WEEKEND.

2018 Annual Quilt Retreat Information
The cost of the weekend covers two nights lodging and includes four great meals: Friday night dinner, two meals on Saturday and Sunday morning breakfast.
Rates are based on two to four people per room. If you want a single room there is an additional charge of $50.
The sewing will begin Friday afternoon 1pm and will continue throughout the weekend.
Please bring your own projects to work on. We will have some fun retreat projects as well.
The retreat is a great time to make new friends and have fellowship with old friends, exchange ideas and just plain have fun!
Rooms are assign on a first come first serve basis, per date of registration. Due to the growth of the retreat requests for specific rooms cannot be taken.
When you send in the full amount of money for the retreat you will be considered registered.
Make checks payable to Pieces and Patches Quilt Guild and send to Chris Carothers. Please contact her via email for her mailing address.
